Here's our tasty story:
Bobbie's Roti Hut brings some of the best Guyanese food traditions to Central Florida that you can find in a food truck. Taking recipes from her time growing up in the country side of Guyana and mixing them with a bit of New York City flair, Chef Bobbie serves some of the best, authentic Caribbean dishes in the city. From tangy curry chicken stuffed inside homemade roti to perfectly cooked curry goat served with cook-up rice, a traditional Guyanese dish, there's no better place to taste the diverse flavors of Guyana. "The Hut" is also vegetarian friendly. If you're in the mood to go meatless, the Curry Potato with Chickpea Roti will be the perfect dish for you. You can also have it served with cook-up rice. (All vegetarian dishes are made using vegetable stock only.)
